Answers on crews, live feeds, editing, delivery formats and how an enquiry becomes a booked job with our Swansea team.

Working together

How we fit into your newsroom's routine

Most of our clients are television newsrooms with their own habits, systems and deadlines. We do not ask you to change them. Before a first job we ask for your delivery specification, your contact for the duty producer and your preferred way of being updated while a crew is out. That small exchange saves minutes later.

On a developing story, speed matters, but so does knowing what you are getting. Our crews shoot broadcast-ready footage with clean pictures and clear sound, and the producer on the job tells you early if access, weather or safety limits what can be filmed. Plain updates are better than silence.

Editing follows the same approach. We cut against the clock, keep file names consistent and deliver in the format you asked for, so your team can ingest without rework. If a package needs a change after delivery, tell us what you want altered and we make it quickly.

Our workflow support is there for newsrooms that want footage to move more smoothly from the field to the gallery. We advise on ingest, naming and hand-over, and we can set these up alongside the way your team already works, rather than imposing a new method on it.

Interviews and live links need a little more preparation than a quick shoot. For those we agree timings, locations and technical checks ahead of time, and we name who on our side is responsible for each part. You will know who to call on the day.
